Returns ​and/or Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and the fact that each order is prepared specifically for the customer, Art & Such Evan does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and all purchases are non-refundable.

Please carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, images, and available options before placing your order. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another reasonable resolution.

Damage that occurs after delivery due to handling, installation, storage, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are returned, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address because incorrect or incomplete shipping information was provided.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
